{"id":1065,"date":"2025-05-27T15:26:19","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T19:26:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/votabolivia.com\/main\/web\/?p=1065"},"modified":"2025-05-27T15:27:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T19:27:08","slug":"hector-arce-denuncia-persecucion-politica-contra-el-y-el-partido-pan-bol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/capitalfmbolivia.com\/web\/nacional\/justicia\/2025\/05\/27\/1065\/","title":{"rendered":"H\u00e9ctor Arce denuncia persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica contra \u00e9l y el partido PAN-BOL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1272\">El diputado <strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"979\">H\u00e9ctor Arce<\/strong>, vinculado al ala radical del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS), <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1091\">denunci\u00f3 este martes una persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica<\/strong> en su contra y en contra del partido <strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1140\">PAN-BOL<\/strong>, en medio del intento fallido de inscribir la candidatura del expresidente <strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1231\">Evo Morales<\/strong> para las elecciones generales de agosto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1555\">Arce se\u00f1al\u00f3 directamente al <strong data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1314\">Gobierno<\/strong> y al <strong data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1356\">Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE)<\/strong> de aplicar una estrategia \u201cdeliberada\u201d para <strong data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1429\">invisibilizar y bloquear<\/strong> al instrumento pol\u00edtico que pretend\u00eda reinsertar a Morales en la carrera electoral, pese a los obst\u00e1culos jur\u00eddicos vigentes.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1837\">\n<p data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1837\">\u201cEsto no es m\u00e1s que una persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, una venganza contra quienes no estamos alineados con el oficialismo. El caso PAN-BOL es un claro ejemplo de c\u00f3mo se instrumentalizan las instituciones para impedir la participaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Arce en conferencia de prensa.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div style=\"left: 0;
