Se han identificado tipos penales que fueron analizados por la Comisi\u00f3n de Fiscales designada al caso\u201d, precis\u00f3 Mariaca.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1514\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1570\">\ud83d\udea7 Morales y Rodr\u00edguez se\u00f1alados como instigadores<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1929\">Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Justicia, <strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1639\">Evo Morales y Suseth Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> habr\u00edan ordenado <strong data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1693\">los cercos y bloqueos de caminos<\/strong>, motivando a grupos movilizados que exigen la renuncia del presidente <strong data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1777\">Luis Arce<\/strong>. Las medidas de presi\u00f3n, indican las autoridades, est\u00e1n poniendo en riesgo la seguridad ciudadana, la econom\u00eda nacional y el derecho al libre tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"1934\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"1970\">\ud83d\udcc2 Antecedentes y otras causas<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"2250\">Cabe recordar que Morales ya enfrenta una <strong data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2060\">orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por trata de personas<\/strong> en el departamento de <strong data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2093\">Tarija<\/strong>, en una causa distinta.
