\ud83d\udccc Yacimientos Petrol\u00edferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB<\/strong>) dio por cerrado el caso Pegasus, tras confirmar que la supuesta empresa que ofrec\u00eda vender combustible a Bs 3,07 por litro<\/strong> no existe ni present\u00f3 propuesta formal de importaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El gerente legal corporativo de YPFB, Richard Dur\u00e1n<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que Pegasus present\u00f3 un NIT y una matr\u00edcula de comercio a nombre de Edwin Herrera Bernal<\/strong>, sin embargo, ambos documentos fueron verificados y resultaron no v\u00e1lidos ni vigentes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Durante las indagaciones se descubri\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que la presunta firma cambi\u00f3 de nombre a Famecoms y Log\u00edstica<\/strong> en medio de las negociaciones, lo que confirm\u00f3 su falta de respaldo legal.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude9b Transportistas retiraron su apoyo<\/h2>\n

El bajo precio de combustible ofrecido hab\u00eda generado apoyo inicial de sectores del transporte. Sin embargo, luego de una reuni\u00f3n informativa, los transportistas comprendieron la irregularidad del caso y decidieron retirar su aval a Pegasus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
