Posteriormente, el acusado abandon\u00f3 el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El titular del TSJ explic\u00f3 que Dorgathen hab\u00eda presentado una acci\u00f3n de libertad, pero esta solo suspend\u00eda temporalmente el mandamiento de aprehensi\u00f3n para permitir su declaraci\u00f3n informativa. La medida \u2014aclar\u00f3\u2014 no implicaba levantar la alerta migratoria ni otorgar garant\u00edas adicionales de libertad.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D1455415789535892&amp;width=500&amp;show_text=true&amp;appId=1758778655020084&amp;height=539\" width=\"500\" height=\"539\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cUna vez que prest\u00f3 su declaraci\u00f3n, el fiscal pod\u00eda ordenar nuevamente su aprehensi\u00f3n.
