El anuncio fue realizado por el actual presidente del TA, <strong data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"778\">Richard Christian M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>, coincidiendo con el inicio de la vacaci\u00f3n judicial colectiva de 25 d\u00edas que rige desde el 9 de diciembre en todo el \u00d3rgano Judicial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"1215\">Durante el receso, seguir\u00e1n funcionando juzgados, salas y unidades destinadas a la atenci\u00f3n de casos urgentes, como audiencias cautelares, detenidos preventivos y asistencia familiar. Los plazos procesales quedar\u00e1n suspendidos hasta el reinicio de actividades, previsto para el <strong data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1214\">5 de enero de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1672\">En el Tribunal Agroambiental, cada departamento contar\u00e1 con un juzgado de turno \u00fanicamente para <strong data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1342\">registrar nuevas demandas<\/strong>, sin avanzar en tr\u00e1mites procesales. M\u00e9ndez record\u00f3 que el art\u00edculo 154 de la Ley del \u00d3rgano Judicial establece esta vacaci\u00f3n colectiva anual y destac\u00f3 que uno de los temas pendientes es la aprobaci\u00f3n del <strong data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1581\">C\u00f3digo Procesal Agroambiental<\/strong>, fundamental para fortalecer la seguridad jur\u00eddica en materia de tierras y medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1913\">En el <strong data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1718\">Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ)<\/strong>, la Sala Plena ratific\u00f3 por unanimidad como presidente al magistrado cruce\u00f1o <strong data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1813\">Romer Saucedo<\/strong>.
